Class of 2009 Alumni Doc For A Day

Greetings from your Class of 2009 Alumni Board Representatives! 

As you now know, there will be an informational session on selection of your second-year preceptor held on the afternoon of March 21st by Dr. Lane Johnson , coordinator of the preceptor program.  He will give a short presentation on what to look for in a potential preceptor, information about when selections will occur, and what to expect when you go. 

Following Dr. Johnson's presentation, from 2-4 PM, the Alumni Board will host brief presentations by UA College of Medicine Alumni Physicians, in a few select fields, as well as opportunities to talk to these physicians 1-on-1 in the LRC small group rooms.

To facilitate this, we would like to have your input on what specialties you would like represented.  In order to best meet the desires of all the broad specialties within medicine, we have selected a few broad categories, from which you may choose three that you would most like represented.  Depending on response, four to six of the most represented fields will be included in our day, giving all a unique opportunity to network, ask questions, and possibly find a preceptor for next year.

This should be a really neat event!  With your help, we'll make sure that this year's Alumni Doc For a Day is Hit!
